Refund policy
15-Day Returns
You can return your item within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the items are in good condition and have not been worn or damaged. The inspection process may take up to 7 days, and you’ll need to submit a video showcasing the return packaging, the original product, invoice, and authenticity certificate. Personalised or Made-To-Order products are not eligible for this 15-day return policy and can only be returned if they are defective.
Refunds
Please note that refunds take a minimum of 7-10 working days to process, starting from the date we receive the product back in our store or central warehouse.
Replacement & Exchange:
You can also opt for a replacement or exchange of your order, subject to the same conditions as returns. The replacement will only be shipped once the initial return has been either picked up or delivered.
**Important Note**: To access any of the features offered in the authenticity certificate (return, exchange, buyback, or warranty), you must provide the original invoice (hard or soft copy) and all certificates, including IGI certificate (ensure they are strictly original and hard copies). The absence of any of these documents will render the product ineligible for return, exchange, or warranty.
Lifetime Exchange & Buyback
After the 15-day return period, you can opt for an exchange or buyback of your jewellery purchased from AAZMAO stores or the AAZMAO website in India.
For both exchanges and buybacks, if we find any deficiencies or defects in the product returned to us (such as missing stones or packaging, damages, etc.), the buyback or exchange amount will be adjusted based on the severity of the issue. In cases of significant damage, the Company may, at its sole discretion, refuse to accept the product. In all such matters, the Company’s decision will be final and binding.
Exchange:
We’ll offer you credits for gold (adjusted for 24KT purity) at its prevailing market value and diamonds, solitaires, or pearls at 100% of their original purchase price. However, any charges and GST paid at the time of purchase will be deducted from the credit. You can use this credit as a discount on future orders or credit it to your AAZMAO Credit account, which you can then use against a future order. Adjustments may be made if the product is inspected.
Please note that exchanges and buybacks are only valid for AAZMAO Jewellery. Any other jewellery, regardless of brand or purity, will not be accepted.
Buyback:
We’ll value gold (adjusted for 24KT purity) at its prevailing market value and diamonds, solitaires, or pearls at 90% of their original purchase price as a refund. However, charges and GST cannot be refunded. An additional 3% of the buyback value will be deducted for processing charges. The refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method and may take 7-10 days for our payment partners to complete. Adjustments may be made if the product is inspected.
Non-Receipt or Empty Box Claims
If you don’t receive your product or find an empty box, you can submit a claim within 24 hours of receipt. To do this, you’ll need to upload an unboxing video that includes the original outer seal.
